How to set up a Guest account at CSU Pueblo
This article outlines the steps to set up a Guest account at the CSU Pueblo campus. The process involves identifying the Guest, gathering necessary information, and setting up accounts and access. Campus Pueblo Prerequisites A CSU Pueblo employee must be identified as the sponsor for the Guest. The Guest must complete a demographics sheet provided by HR. Process Steps Identify the Guest who needs an account created. Assign a CSU Pueblo employee as the sponsor for the Guest. Guest fills out the Demographics Guest form provided by HR. Submit the completed demographics sheet to HR via the form. HR Approves and Inputs the Guest's details into AIS (Administrative Information System). IT updates the Guest Account in AIS to process the request for account generation. Wait 24 hours for the NetID to be loaded into Midpoint for activation. Notify the Guest to activate their NetID. IT automatically processes the Active Directory (AD) account at CSU Pueblo to gain access to basic resources. Additional access after activation can be requested through a Computing Resource Application (CRA)

LDAP-Provisioned Service Account User Agreement As an affiliate of CSU System with a current association, you have already agreed to the Acceptable Use Policy. You can review that policy here: https://csusystem.edu/system-policies/ In addition to these requirements, as a user and administrator of an LDAP-Provisioned Service Account, you must agree to the following terms. You, along with any service account co-administrators, are responsible for: Maintaining a current and accurate list of account users in the associated Grouper management group. Changing the account password when anyone leaves the management group. Requesting the removal of LDAP-provisioning when that functionality is no longer needed. Requesting account closure when the service account is no longer needed. Agreement to these terms will be confirmed with your signature.
