Installing GlobalProtect for Android and ChromeOS
This article covers installing the GlobalProtect client on Android and ChromeOS devices. To do so, simply install the GlobalProtect app from the Google Play Store. After opening the app, do the following: Enter gateway.colostate.edu or pueblogateway.colostate.edu as the Gateway Address and click the Connect button. Before the GlobalProtect client can finish connecting, you will need to authenticate with Duo. When GlobalProtect says "Connected", you may now use the VPN. GlobalProtect for ChromeOS opens an "Access Denied" web page
This document covers troubleshooting an error with the GlobalProtect client for ChromeOS. Symptoms Use this article if attempting to connect to GlobalProtect causes Chrome to open a new tab that reads "Access Denied". Resolution Open the Settings application, navigate to the Apps section and click the "Manage your apps" button. Click GlobalProtect in the apps list.
