Applicable to: All Campuses

Affiliation: Students, Faculty, Staff

Prerequisites

  • A device with wireless capability.

Instructions

  1. Go to your device's wireless settings.
  2. Select Manage known networks.
    .
  3. Select Forget next to the network name you want to reset.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Outcome

After completing these steps, your device should be able to connect to the desired network without any stored settings.  If reconnecting to csu-net or TWolfNet, it should be prompted to accept/install the security certificate.
