How do I manage Filebound approvals on workflows?
This article guides users on how to view, manage, and approve assignments in Filebound. It includes steps to access assignments, view workflows, and approve or reject assignments within the system. Campus Pueblo Prerequisites Users must have access to Filebound. Users should be assigned specific projects or workflows. Instructions Viewing Assignments Click the Assignments icon to display all your assignments, including those requiring action (e.g., approving, rejecting, or canceling). The left-hand navigation pane will display the workflows associated with all your assignments. If you manage multiple projects, the corresponding workflows will be visible here. Click the Global option to view all assignments in a single consolidated view. Click on an individual assignment to narrow down the view to that specific assignment. Approving Assignments Access the assignments section in Filebound as shown in the steps above. Click the paper symbol to open the document associated with the assignment. On the left side of the screen, click Approve or Reject. If applicable, a workflow comment box will appear where you can enter a comment.

This article shows how to conduct a search for any project in Filebound. Applicable to: Pueblo Affiliation: Faculty, Staff, Student Employees Prerequisites User must have access to Filebound. Instructions Click the Search icon to begin your search. Click the Project drop-down menu and select the corresponding project. Enter the necessary information in the appropriate fields. Note: Not all fields need to be filled. Click the Search button. Select the file you were looking for. If you do not see the file, click the Edit Search link in the upper right-hand area of your screen to narrow your search. Fill in more fields. Click the Search button again. Optionally, click the Save Search button and name your search to save it for future use. Outcome Following these steps will help you efficiently search for and find files within the Filebound system. You can also save searches for future use to streamline your work.

Running a workflow report in Filebound
This article explains how to run a workflow report in Filebound. A workflow report provides insight into current or past workflow steps, enabling users to track approvals, rejections, or current assignments for a document undergoing a workflow process. Applicable to: Pueblo Affiliation: Faculty, Staff, Student Employees Prerequisites Ensure you have access to Filebound and the necessary permissions to view workflow reports. Instructions Access the document you want to generate the report for. Hover over the name of the document in the File Tree. Click the three dots next to the document name. Under Reports, select the desired report: Workflow – All: Displays all past and current workflow steps. Workflow – Current: Displays only the currently active workflow step. Outcome By following these steps, you will gain visibility into who has approved or rejected a workflow and who is currently assigned to it.
