Submitting and approving time to Pueblo Employee Portal
Employee submission
Log in to the Employee Portal.
On the home page, click on this tile to be taken to the page to enter your time.
On the time entry page, please select the contract to which you will be charging your time. You will need to choose the date worked, as well as the start and end times. Make sure that the start time is before the end time; otherwise, you will receive an error message. Additionally, both the start time and end time must have the AM/PM option selected in order to accurately calculate the hours worked.
Click "Add."
Supervisor approval
Log in to the Employee Portal.
On the home page, click on this tile to be taken to the page to approve staff time.
Approve or deny each employee's time submission on the hours worked page.
