Workday Help (HR Support)
Workday Help is the primary resource for most questions about using Workday. Human Resources supports the business processes and day-to-day tasks completed in Workday, including:
- General HR processes and questions
- Payroll, pay slips, and tax information
- Time tracking and leave requests
- Benefits enrollment and life events
- Personal information updates
- Hiring, onboarding, and job changes
- Understanding Workday tasks, approvals, and workflows

IT Help and Service Desk (DoIT)
IT supports access to the Workday platform and related technical issues. Contact IT Help and Service Desk for assistance with:
- Logging in with your CSU NetID, and password
- Duo authentication issues
- Browser compatibility or cache issues
- Connectivity or access problems
If an issue is related to an HR process within Workday, IT will help route the request to the Workday Help system.
Workday Services (HR Staff and Partners)
Workday Services provides specialized support for HR staff and partners who work closely with Workday’s technical capabilities. This support is available through the Workday Technical Services Request Form and includes:
- Custom or advanced reporting
- Workday integrations
- Specialized technical or functional requests
This request process is intended for HR staff and approved partners, not general employee support.
