Changing Presenter View in PowerPoint on Mac and Windows
Description
Presenter View in PowerPoint allows you to see your speaker notes and upcoming slides while presenting, while your audience only sees the current slide. This guide walks you through how to turn Presenter View on or off in PowerPoint for both Mac and Windows.

Prerequisites
- PowerPoint must be installed on your device.
- A second display (monitor or projector) is recommended for Presenter View to function properly.
Instructions
Windows Instructions

Open your PowerPoint presentation.

Click the Slide Show tab at the top of the screen.

Check the box next to Use Presenter View.

Start your presentation by clicking From Beginning or From Current Slide.
- If you want to turn off Presenter View:

Uncheck the Use Presenter View box in the Slide Show tab.
Mac Instructions

Open your PowerPoint presentation.

Click the Slide Show tab in the ribbon.

Check the box next to Presenter View.
