[Mac] Resolving "another account from your organization is already signed in"
    This article explains how to resolve the activation error in Microsoft Office for Mac where users may see:
"Another account from your organization is already signed in on this computer."
This issue often occurs when another CSU or departmental account is signed in but does not have a license for Microsoft Office apps.

Prerequisites
Instructions:
- Open any Microsoft application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Navigate to the application's Help menu located across the top of the screen.
- Select Help.
- Select Clear Application Data.
- Check the Clear Identities and License. Select the continue/confirm button for the application to reset.
- Reopen the Microsoft Office app.
- Log in using NetID@colostate.edu email address.
- Complete sign-in with your NetID password and Duo authentication.

Instructions:
- Quit all Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). 
- Open Finder. 
- Click the Go menu and select Utilities. 
- Double-click to open the Terminal utility. 
- 
Copy and paste the following command into Terminal: 
- Press Return to run the command. 
- Open a Microsoft Office app, such as Word. 
- Click the Activate link in the bottom left corner of the sign-in window. 
- When prompted to sign in, enter your NetID@colostate.edu email address. 
- Complete sign-in with your NetID password and Duo authentication. 
Outcome
After completing these steps, any hidden or cached accounts signed into Office will be signed out, allowing you to activate Microsoft Office apps with your CSU credentials.
