add Printer walk -through (send to user)
Add a printer!
Step 1. Go to your search bar on the bottom left hand corner and type in\\ps1

Step 2. You will get a pop up that shows all printers in alphabetical order. You can scroll down until you find the desired printer. (LARC374HP500)

Step 3. Right click on the desired printer and select connect. You should now be able to select this printer when using Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.
