FAQ
-
Adobe CC FAQ webpage.
- One common issue people face is the inability to download apps from Adobe CC (e.g., you have the CC app but can't download Photoshop from it). This can mean one of two things:
- There is a problem with the Creative Cloud app preventing you from doing so. If this is the case, then reach out to software@colostate.edu to open a support ticket with Adobe.
- The other issue is that you have an Adobe account but aren't licensed. If that's the case, reach out to software@colostate.edu to find out if you need a license.
- If you have general questions on Adobe software other than Adobe CC, Acrobat, or Sign, navigate to the Adobe Help Center.
