Setting up a presentation and video conference in Microsoft Teams using a CSU Pueblo classroom computer
Learn how to log into a CSU Pueblo classroom computer, access your presentation from multiple sources, set up a video conference using Microsoft Teams, and switch between your camera and shared content during your class or meeting.

Prerequisites
Save your presentation file to both a USB drive and cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive). This ensures you have a backup in case one option isn't available.
Have your CSU Pueblo credentials (eName and password) ready.
Know your scheduled Teams meeting time or be prepared to start one on demand.
Instructions
Turn on the CSU-provided classroom computer.
Log in using the Prof account.
Open a browser or any Microsoft 365 app (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams).
When prompted, sign in with your CSU Pueblo email and password (e.g., jdoe@csupueblo.edu).

Access your presentation file:
If the cloud is available, log in to your cloud storage (e.g., OneDrive) and open the file.
If cloud access is unavailable, insert your USB drive and open the file from File Explorer.

To start or join a meeting in Teams:
Before entering the meeting, turn on your camera and microphone, if needed.
Once in the meeting, click the Share icon (an upward arrow in a rectangle) on the top control bar.

Choose what you want to share:
For a PowerPoint file: Click PowerPoint Live and select the file.
To share your entire screen: Click Screen and choose the appropriate screen.
To share only one app (like PowerPoint): Click Window and select the app.
If your content includes audio, toggle on Include computer sound before selecting.
To toggle between your camera and presentation:
When using PowerPoint Live, your video thumbnail appears in the corner.
To stop showing slides and return focus to your camera, click Stop presenting.
To start presenting again, click Share and choose your content.
Turn your camera on/off using the Camera icon anytime during the meeting.
When you're done:
Click Stop sharing to end the presentation.
Sign out of Microsoft 365.
Log off the Prof account to keep the system secure.
