How to use LARC 165 TV, speakers and video conferencing

Prerequisites
You will use the built-in computer provided in the room — no personal laptop is needed.
Log in using your CSU Pueblo C# and password.
Audio must remain set to "Speaker/Headphones" and TV remote is not used for volume.
Use Microsoft Teams via a web browser, not the desktop app.
The Logitech Meet Up camera is used for video conferencing.
Instructions
Power on keyboard and mouse
Turn on Logitech keyboard
a. Slide the top right button to the right to show green instead of red to power on
Turn on Logitech mouse
a. Slide the power switch on the bottom of the mouse to the right to turn it on
Power on the TVs
Log in to the built-in computer>
Audio setup
Ensure all audio plays through the ceiling speakers, not the TVs

Adjust the volume using the volume keys on the keyboard or the system volume on the computer

Verify that the computer audio output is set to Speaker/Headphones
Use Microsoft Teams for video calls

Click the three-line menu ("I am a...")
Choose Faculty and Staff
Click Email
Click Log in to Email
Click the 9-dot square in the top left corner
Select Teams
Camera controls
Use the Logitech Meet Up camera for video conferencing

Use the black square LOGI remote to adjust the camera angle (pan, tilt, zoom)
Shut down the system
Restart the computer when finished to prepare it for the next user
Power off the keyboard and mouse by sliding their switches to OFF
Power off both TVs using the Samsung remote
