Why is Duo Mobile not in my device's language?
Modified on: Mon, Feb 17 2025 9:47 AMDevices running iOS 15 or iPadOS 15 may display the Duo Mobile app and Duo Mobile push notifications in a language other than your device's language, typically German. This is a problem with iOS 15 and iPadOS 15, and can only be fixed by updating the device to at least iOS 16 or iPadOS 16. If the affected device cannot be updated beyond iOS 15 or iPadOS 15, this issue cannot be fixed.
Additionally, the Duo Mobile app will no longer support iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 after February 17, 2025. The Duo Mobile app will continue to function on iOS 15 or iPadOS 15 devices on which it is already installed, but it will no longer receive security updates or technical support and will not be available in the App Store.
