Classroom Technology Support & Training
In-room support and training for classroom technology (lectern control systems, projectors, document cameras, microphones, interactive displays) is available to all instructors teaching in General Assignment classrooms. Tickets for General Assignment classrooms can be submitted quickly using Fort Collins Classroom Audio-Visual Support Request.

Departmental Classroom Technology Upgrades
All rooms not listed as General Assignment will be owned by that unit's department. All Tier 1 requests should be routed through the respective help desk, if additional support is required that help desk will contact us directly. Services include room design, cost estimates, and project management for classroom technology upgrades. These services are available to academic units planning upgrades to departmental classrooms.

CSU Classroom Standards: CSU aims to create world-class academic spaces. The "Classroom AV Standards" document (attached) reflects the current approach to academic technology that fosters top-tier learning environments. CSU Classroom Support Services should be consulted for the design and construction phases of academic spaces.

Classroom AV Standards: Consistency in equipment and functionality across all CSU classrooms is maintained through the "Classroom AV Standards" document (attached).
